Lunar Raffle reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal value if the featured prize is unavailable or undeliverable. By
entering the raffle, each participant releases the Trans Lunar Research
Corporation and its agents from all responsibility or liability for damages,
losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. In the event
that a Trans Lunar Raffle drawing cannot be held, for whatever reason, then
participants will be refunded their ticket purchase price less credit card
charges or bank fees. By entering the raffle, participant recognizes and agrees
that the registration information provided by participant may be made available
to Trans Lunar Research Corporation; use of such information will be governed by
the Trans Lunar Research privacy policy: TLR does not sell or distribute
mailing lists or personal information associated with raffle participants. All
information collected is for internal TLR raffle processing use only. Taxes,
import duties, registration expense, if any, related to the prizes are the
responsibility of the individual winner. Ticket purchases are classified as
non-refundable charitable donations and may be tax deductible. Please consult
your tax advisor. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names for
promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by
law. Free entry tickets for the raffles defeat
the purpose of a charitable fundraising event and are not encouraged. No
responsibility is assumed for lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible,
postage due or late entries or mail. Trans Lunar Research Corporation and its
agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to
any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or
downloading materials in connection with this raffle. Trans Lunar Research
Corporation and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware,
software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed
electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in this raffle or by any human error
which may occur in the processing of the orders in this raffle. All entries must
be legible and completed in original handwritten or hand-printed form.
Incomplete entries, mechanical copies or mechanically reproduced entries will
not be honored. Void where prohibited by law. By
entering the raffle, you agree to be bound by all of the above Rules.
